Star Asia International Announces Innovative Software Improvements

Atlanta, GAStar Asia has implemented new in-house software to streamline documentation and provide better service to our clients. The improved workflow will give you the ability to receive faster updates to your shipments and ensure your needs are quickly met. As we continue to strive for customer satisfaction, the software will also make our office more efficient by overseas inputting data directly.

We have invested in making our systems better so that you can fully benefit from our staff, the largest Asian transport customer service team in the South. This will help with our growth and expansion.

As with any new software, there may be some operational issues and we ask for your understanding and suggestions. We will try to make the transition as seamless as possible and you will see a difference in the way we do business.

Our communication is key to our relationship and your arrival notices, manifests and other documentation will be easier to read and informative. Tracking your shipments on our web site will allow you to see a snapshot of all your current and past shipments as well as detail on exactly where it is.
